Cliffs of Insanity

I wish people knew what they wanted when they came in here. I about lost it on this poor poor lady that knew dick all of what to do with the flash memory stick in her hand. I swear this is the honest truth... we went back in forth in all the different files on that drive named friday, agenda, and binder. And there looked to be the entire design process saved file by file on there. >:(o

This took thirty minutes. I about lost my patience with her to tell her off so badly with "Look, come back and tell me to make copies when you know your mind." And I don't think she would come back. Not because she would be mad at what I said but because she wouldn't know her mind if it had a Hello my name is tag on it. I did start to be a little bit more flat sounding in my voice. Had two other people I was helping at the same time and she was being MAJORLY flakey. Ah, but I survive and I've only got thirty more minutes left. Thank god.
